如需获得申请日本签证所需官方证明，需完成会议注册，获得ID Number，并缴纳12,000日元的费用（包括签证文件的准备费用和邮寄费）。具体步骤如下：
（一）会议注册
1、点击链接https://mice.jtbgmt.com/unesco2012/；
2、点击Entry按钮进入注册页面，按照页面提示进行在线注册，并支付会议注册费；
3、获得ID Number：一旦注册在网上被接受并完成了，您的邮箱将收到日方发来的ID Number。
（二）获得签证申请所需官方文件
1、为了获得申请日本签证所需要的官方文件，需填写附件中的表格（Visa Questionnaire），并将其和ID Number一并发送到JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc。

2、为准备申请签证的文件，每位参会者需缴纳12,000日元的费用。因此，参会者需在提交了表格和ID Number之后，需再次进入注册页面https://mice.jtbgmt.com/unesco2012/，使用ID Number和密码登录，在个人页面中按提示支付12,000日元的费用。
3、在证实以上手续完成之后，日本会议的组织人员会向参会者提供签证所需文件，参会者需等待1-2周的时间。请注意会议主办方不会提供日本签证（只是发送申请签证所需要的文件）。一旦您收到了申请签证所需要的文件，请携带文件前往日本大使馆或领事馆申请签证。
请每位参会者在2012年3月30日（周五）之前完成所有手续，并支付会议的注册费、签证文件的准备费和其他相关费用。
